Here is a foot scrub that you can make at your home with only 2 ingredients:
- 2-3 cornmeal tablespoons
- 2 tablespoons avocado puree or oil
You need to mix these to ingredients until you obtain a smooth paste. Place your feet on a towel and scrub them individually with the mixture. Then rinse with warm water.
