So you eat healthy, excercise often and have even quit smoking…but those cellulite patches on the back of your thighs are not going anywhere! Sound familiar?

Annoyingly cellulite rarely effects men…another reason why they will never understand us!

It’s cause by many factors including diet, stress, hormones and genetics (often developed durng late teens).

Currently I’ve not yet tried anything that can completely remove it, as I explained above I’ve practicly been a nun for the last month and yet it refuses to leave…

Dream no more my lovelies!

I’ve been trying this homemade anti cellulite cream process for 1 month now and I truly believe that this may eventually completely get rid of it! (I know, unbeliveable right!)

There are lots of scrubs based on coffee, sugar or sea salt that aim to tackle the dreaded cellulite issue! However, I haven’t found many recipes for a homemade anti cellulite cream but I need you all to try this one!

This one is really easy to make and I will improve it. The cellulite cream presented by V is based on lots of natural oils.

Here’s what you need

  • 3/4 cup Coconut Oil
  • 2 tablespoons shaved Beeswax
  • 3 tablespoons Witch Hazel
  • 10 drops Juniper oil
  • 10 drops Rosemary oil
  • 30 drops Grapefruit oil
  • 30 drops Cypress oil

Step 1 – Start by mixing together all of your essential oils and your witch hazel. Stir until evenly blended.

Step 2 – Over low heat, melt your beeswax then add in your coconut oil- Liquid version or melt it the same way and mix it in.

Step 3 – Once your beeswax and coconut oil is liquified, add it to your essential oil bowl and blend.

Step 4 – Pour contents into a resealable jar and store in a cool, dry place.

Thats it!

So now you can use this as much as you want, personally I use this everyday as soon as I come out of the shower, as this is when your pores are open and ready to absorb all the goodness!

I have seen amazing results and a significant decrease in the surface area it used to cover. It’s going!

I must point out that I was still doing a cellulite scrub twice a week before my shower as well – I’d scrub my thighs in a circular motion with quite some strength for about 5 mins each thigh before I rinsed.

I know it sounds like a lot of work, it is a little bit, but hey if can reduce cellulite, well that’s a blooming miracle!

Let me know how you get on!
