Homemade Anti Stretch Marks Balm
Stretch marks are a real problem, for many women, especially during pregnancy. Your skin stretches a lot during this period, and stretch marks tend to appear in most of the cases.
The best why to treat them is to prevent them or to take care of them as soon as you see them appear. New stretch marks have a pinkish color, while old ones are white.
Here you can find an all natural anti stretch marks balm very simple to make and of course really efficient.
During pregnancy it is important to use as much natural ingredients as you can. Beside its effectiveness, this is another reason I recommend this balm.
To make it you will need the following ingredients: (it is very important to follow strictly the quantities and instructions)
- 50 ml Shea Butter;
- 8 g lanolin;
- 30 ml wheat germ oil;
- 10 ml avocado or macadamia oil;
- 6 ml vegetable glycerin;
- 15-20 drops Vitamin E;
- 55-60 drops green tangerine essential oil
Like I said the preparation it is quite simple. First you need to melt the Shea butter and the lanolin at bain-marin. After these are completely melted you need to wait until the composition is cold (body temperature).
Now is time to add the oils and mix very well. Put the composition in the fridge and leave it their until it hardens.
Then you need to add the essential oil and Vitamin E and mix very well until you obtain a smooth and creamy paste.
IMPORTANT: During pregnancy you need to eliminate the essential oil from the recipe.
Applying this balm 1-2 per day will make your skin soft and moisturized.
