Honey-Walnut Milk Soap
There has been a while since I have posted a new homemade soap recipe and now is time for a fresh one:). Over the time I have been searching and trying lots of recipes, ones of them I have adapted myself, while ones were just to wonderful to change something. This is the case for Sarah’s Honey-Walnut Milk Soap. Is just perfect and my personal believe is it is very appropriate for this time of year.
The main ingredients used by Sarah are: milk and of course lye for the lye solution, honey as an additive and for the base of course lots of oils – coconut, sunflower, olive, canola.
The process used is the same as the one described in my post about “How to make soap at home” – cold process soap making. Also in Sarah’s post you will find what this method involves.
So try a new soap recipe, or any of the recipes presented on Sarah and Tiffany page because they are all wonderful!
