How to lose weight in 2 weeks
I am due to fly to Miami for a girls holiday next week and I am quickly realizing that my attempts to get the perfect bikini body in time have failed me. So for the last 2 weeks I have been frantically searching the web and books for at least a diet that will relieve me of some bloating!
So this is how you can lose weight in 2 weeks and if it’s worked for me, I’m sure it will work for you too! Don’t forget to let us know how you got on!
Here’s what I have been doing and I am thrilled with the results! I haven’t lost a huge amount of weight but I have lost a total of 4 pounds and my stomach looks much flatter!
Firstly, I have not been having any carbs for my evening meal, I couldn’t cut it out for breakfast, as Lord knows I love my bread! I have however switched to whole meal and cut it own to one slice. I have this along with two poached eggs. I’m not a fan of porridge but if you are I would recommend alternating between the two as it can get boring.
My lunch is usually plain white rice along with either fish or meat, try to use as little oil as possible and I have also switched to olive oil.
My last meal would be similar to lunch but without the rice and more veg or salad. I never realized how filling salad could be so make sure you eat loads!
My snacks would be Greek yoghurt with a bit of honey, usually in between lunch and dinner.
Throughout the day I would have around 2 litres of water with lemon. I will post separately the benefits of lemon water- a must!
Please note, I didn’t do any excercise during this time, but I’m sure this would help you loose more if you can do some during the two weeks.
