Natural treatments for strong and healthy nails
Do you want to have strong and healthy nails using natural treatments?
Clean, groomed and healthy nails always make a good impression, so beside take care of your hands and moisturize them it is also important you take care of you nails in a proper manner.
Here are some pampering, simple and natural treatments, you can prepare at home:
- For stronger nails
The first natural treatment is a mixture made from a yolk, 1 teaspoon honey and some warm extra-virgin olive oil. You just need to keep your nail in a bowl were you mixed these 3 ingredients for 10 minutes.
You also can use some glycerine (around ½ teaspoon) in a hot glass of water. After this cools keep your nails intro this composition for 15 minutes.
- For nail growth
Some have problems growing their nails a little bit faster Here is a natural treatment for this: mix ½ teaspoon red pepper, 10 tablespoons hot water and 1 tablespoon hand cream. Apply it on your nails (after it’s cold) and leave it for 10-15 minutes.
- For stained nails
I found two natural treatments for this problem (that is caused by the lack of zinc from your organism).
The first one consists on mixture made from 1 teaspoon glycerine,3 teaspoons rose water and 1 teaspoon lemon juice, while the second one consists of mixing baking soda with peroxide.
- For exfoliated nails
You either can choose to use Vitamin A and just massage your nails with it for about 10-15 minute, or you can make just mix some lemon juice with olive oil and keep your nails into this composition (repeat the second one for 10 consecutive days).
So, here are my natural treatments for 4 of the most nails problems. I have tried each of them, when I needed to and this is way I decided to gather them and share
